This is a 2007 Fleetwood RV Model 40 E that was purchased new from Farnesworth RV in PA at the Hershey Show in 2007. It is just under 41 feet long. It has a CAT 350 HP Diesel Engine and runs great. It is in excellent shape and has always been in a heated RV garage I had built specifically for this RV. It only has 19,687 miles has been primarily used for Maryland Football tailgating each year. I had Terp logos professionally added and the name of our hometown added to the rear. These can be professionally removed as they are vinyl, not painted. The coach had new front tires and alignment three years ago and all tread is good. I had the large awning replaced three years ago and it is equipped with automatic wind sensors. Two TV's in the coach and tailgating area with a slide out grill and TV as well. I had a new Sirius/XM radio/rear view backup system installed last year. It has a full bath/shower and another mid ship bathroom which works well for big events and entertaining. It has 7K Onan Generator that has been recently serviced. The stabilizers are electric and is self leveling. Very easy to set-up once you are at your destination and it is easy to drive. This is certainly built for entertaining. We no longer travel to the games and have used it very little since last year. There are many other features that are too numerous to list.
